  • Varia

All abstracts – submitted in English only – should be less than 250 words. They must refer to original work.

Abstracts may be submitted via internet only, using the abstract submission area.

Please ensure that the abstract does not contain spelling, grammar or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted.

Authors are free to finalize and resubmit their texts at any time before the deadline, but they cannot edit or revise their abstracts in any way afterwards.

Submissions will be evaluated anonymously in a peer review process and assigned to appropriate sessions. The final decision will be taken by the organizing committee; we reserve the right to accept or reject for inclusion in the conference program.

Abstracts will be published in a supplement of the journal of INJURY.

Authors will be notified by e-mail regarding abstract acceptance approximately two months after the submission deadline.

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register and settle payment for the conference as soon they have received the notification of acceptance but not later than June 30, 2014, in order to secure that their abstracts are included in the congress program and the journal INJURY.

Program scheduling will be communicated to the submitting author’s e-mail address.

After reading these guidelines please refer to the abstract submission area.

If you find difficulties in submitting your abstracts or need additional information, please contact the congress secretary by phone or e-mail.
