Kuentscher Society

The following document “Bylaws” of our Society is the version of 1999. This is the most actual and valid version
accredited by the Court of Kiel /Germany (Amtsgericht Kiel). We are preparing a new version which will incorporate
all changes decided by the GKS General Assemblies between 1999 and 2010. This will be the Bylaws of 2011, duly
submitted to the whole community of the members, discussed and finally approved by the General Assembly of the
Gerhard Kuentscher Society - prospectively on our Annual Congress Osteosynthesis International 2011 in Thessalonki.
